Pottery for real this time + a little knitting

This is my first attempt at a covered jar. It could be an urn for a body I'd like to dispose of...but right now, since I have no bodies requiring disposal, I think it will hold some garlic.

This one is supposed to represent "energy from within" but it looks more like a crumpled paper that has been lacquered. It was pretty difficult to photograph because of it's black colour and super glossy finish...you can kinda see my distorted reflection in it.

The noro striped scarf...about half way done, probably one of the most expensive hand knit scarves available. I"m a definite fan of the texture and colour of noro silk garden lite yarn but for the price there shouldn't be knots half way through the ball, especially when the two sides of yarn aren't even the same colour.

Going to go beach myself after eating pounds of creamy, cheesy goodness that is home-made macaroni and cheese. Who needs homework when there is home made gluttony.

There are leftovers at my house...we could eat them at lunch but it'll take 20 minutes or so to heat up in the oven because of my goal to reduce free radical exposure.
