I love the contrast between the red and the yellow. I actually had never taken the time to really LOOK at the shrimp in that aquarium and HELLS they are funny looking... EEeep. Where is the part you eat? ;)
Here we eat the tail...but we don't really eat this kind of shrimp in north america. In Japan they eat the whole thing...eyes and all, and they do eat this kind of shrimp.
